KULU UNO TOURNAMENT
Here are the KULU UNO Tournament Rules, read through them, we have some fun ones in here too!!

- 7 Cards Per Hand
- If you cannot play a card, you pick up 1 card from the deck and your turn is passed
- The card you pick up you can play it before the next turn, but you have to play it quick!
- You can stack cards (play multiple in one turn) if they have the same item (number or symbol) on that card
- You cannot stack cards solely because of color, they must have that same item as stated above^
- The only cards you cannot stack are wild cards (you CAN stack wild draw 4 cards though)
- A empty wild, and a swap hands wild are just to be played as NORMAL wild cards
- You cannot play a draw 4 on top of a draw 2 (these are not the same items)
- If the player before you plays a draw 2 or a draw 4 and you do not have a card with that same draw 2 or draw 4 item on it, you are obligated to pick up the 2 or 4 (or multiple if multiple players before you play the same card item) and your turn is skipped
- You must say "UNO" to announce that you have one card left, after playing your second to last card (if you say it too early that is ruled a mistake, resulting in drawing 2 cards)
- If someone yells "KULU" before you say "UNO" after placing down that second to last card, you must pick up 2 cards
- If you have 2 of the same item cards and play them as a stack to win, you must say "UNO OUT"
- Any and all violations/mistakes result in picking up 2 cards
